how do i pay for it online , i will do it only through pay pal as i had my computer hacked already two times.

I completely understand your concern. I prefer paying by Pal Pal too. Do you have protection on your computer. My internet provider suggested AVG Free many years ago. (The link is to facebook but you can go to their website too.) Note: the free version is different from the trial versions. Trial versions expire, the free one does not. Since then I have upgraded to a paid product with identity theft protection. It is a reasonaly price considering what it is protecting and how difficult/time consuming it can be to restore things once stolen.

I went to several workshops by the police outreach program. Maybe they have one where you are: you can let others know.It is such an important issue that the Government of Canada is involved in educating people. I got this from their website:
