Hi Kim,
How are you? I hope you and your staff are all doing great. I wanted to say thank you so much for all the help most especially your words of encouragement.
That helped me to passed my Celban last June! Although I was not consistent in doing my assignments, what you have taught me, is the courage to try again and to believe in my self. To keep going even sometimes the road seems scary because of lots of challenges along the way.
Kim, you and your staff inspired me. Big thanks to you. I will always pray that everything will be in good shape, and that God always guide you so that all the more you can help IEN’s around the world.
You are such an inspiration. Thank you so much Kim!

I was so thrilled to receive your e-mail. I am so proud of you passing the exam, and not even completing the course! I am cc’ing [your writing coach] on this message so that she can read it too. She will be so thrilled. It is so important to me to know that you felt encouraged and increased your faith in yourself. You know, this is one of the things I strive for, is ensuring people feel confident in entering the exam. I truly believe that confidence is the elixir against exam anxiety, where exam anxiety decreases people’s scores. When considered hiring writing coaches I considered hiring native speakers, or ESL teachers. But I knew they would not have the characteristic I wanted in a writing coach. Nope, I needed something that I could not train. Dia had that special something. She began encouraging others from the very beginning; and that is why I hired her. How you felt with her as your writing coach is an affirmation that I chose well.
I am also so appreciative for your prayers and thanksgiving to God. You know, He has lead me in all of this. If it weren’t for Him, I would not be here working with IENs, with hopes of assisting Internationally Educated Health Professionals and other professionals as well. He knows your trials. He knows your pains. He knows your struggles. And He knows the struggles of others here in Canada and abroad. And He touches my mind, my heart, and my spirit continually with ideas of what I can do to elevate some of that pain, stress, distress and struggle. It has not been easy. But I know that it is from the prayers of my IENs that I have been sustained. God has blessed me so that you can bless my family, my friends, my neighbors, my people here in Canada. And for that reason I am truly blessed!
God bless you on your adventures and journey, and please stay in touch!
Sincerely,
Kim
