Because CELBANPrep E-books are avialable through Amazon, the payment processes are based on their transactions. Gift Cards must be in the correct currency!

To ensure that the information I am giving you is correct, I contacted Pay Pal to ask them if a purchase could be made with a Visa Gift Card. I was told that because of the security issues, that they can not complete a transaction using pre-paid cards.
