Instead of a CD there are videos and audios embedded in the lessons, similar to the Listening Practice Exams (in How to Prepare for the CELBAN: Study Guides and Practice Exams, or CELBANPrep Listening Practice Exams). So with each lessons you get videos/audios with instructions, and examples.
I have had many people who in reading the lessons, and listening to the recordings have done exceptionally well in CELBANPrep Speaking one-on-one consultation, and then on the CELBAN itself!
