Thank you so much for your e-mail and information. Unfortunately this is a common story, often people take the exam soon after arriving. It is difficult to concentrate when there are so many factors involved: a new country, new language, new culture. The survival of setting, and coping, overtakes the minds ability to perform at the best of its abilities. The good thing, is that you know your weakness. This is important. You will know what you need to work on.
Preparing for reading for the CELBAN (a weakness your earlier exam identified) it will be important for you to build up your reading speed and vocabulary by reading Canadian nursing articles, documents and information. CELBANPrep can help you out with this by providing links and resources, but you will have to work on it. Taking time on a daily basis, and reading actively will be key to success.
