Here is an example of an incident report written by a subscriber to CELBANPrep Writing. This is the result after several revisions. What follows is a discussion between me and the IEN who wrote the report.

Ok, Passion Planners!
Have you had the kind of week I have had? It is already Thursday and I am wondering where all my lofty plans and goals for this week went! It is not that I have not been productive! I have been. Each day I have accomplished so much. But, what about my goals? (One of mine was to write this two days ago!:)
That is what I love about the Passion Planner; it embodies self-compassion. It reminds me of the quote from Anne of Green Gables, a famous Canadian story. In it Anne says,
“It is nice to think that tomorrow is a new day with no mistakes in it.”
Heyyy, look at you! Now that you came back for CELBANPrep, you are truly full of life and energy. I couldn’t almost keep up with all the new projects you’ve been doing! So I did the 3 things I needed to do tonight so I won’t actually get behind. I appreciate you for taking me along in this journey and allowing me to be a part of this despite being busy with life. I am very excited for all your plans. I just want you to know as always that I will always support you on your endeavors.
Thanks again for the invite. 🙂
This morning I set out to plan the next two months, before the release of CELBANPrep 2018 and all the other things that have been peculating in my being. I went to Facebook and found this:
My heart was completely filled as I began my day. I took out my notebooks, my planner, plain paper, pencils and other various items. And then I realized something. I am planning for 2018!
I am planning for 2018!
It has been several years since I actually had a glimmer of hope into the vastness of the future; and, usually I start my planning for the new year on January first! I love getting out my new wall calendar, and day planner and planning away. I am ready for it. But today, November 14, I didn’t have what I needed! 2018 is two months away!
Yesterday I shared with you the e-mail that inspired the Dear Kim Sessions. I wrote, ” I don’t know how it will go… but it is an idea, a way to connect with IENs, like you suggested” based on this blog.
Dear Kim has specific goals, to provide, “the encouragement, hope and support that people really need.”
Today I spent much of my day, at a cafe, working on my goals for the 2016 year, figuring out how to integrate my New Years Resolution of creating 6 new YouTube Channels, excited to use my Passion Planner.
