When it comes to my books, blog, and courses I have created, written and designed for CELBANPrep, my inspiration for writing comes from the passionate and hardworking Internationally Educated Health Professionals I have had the privilege of meeting over the years.
Their determination to create successful and meaningful lives in Canada, coupled with the lack of resources available to help them achieve their goals, inspired me to create the English Language Mastery for Health Professionals program.
This program is rooted in the Canadian Language Benchmark, which is the foundation for the CELBAN (the Canadian English Language Benchmark Assessment for Nurses) and CELPIP ( Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program), which are both based on the Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) and has evolved into an app-based campus known as CELBANPrep University.
The Information, Resource, and Learning Centers within the campus make English Language Mastery accessible and affordable internationally, helping to prevent IEHPs from being scammed by those claiming to know about the CELBAN and becoming licensed in Canada.
My hope is that these resources will inspire IEHPs to invest in their futures and achieve their dreams of contributing meaningfully to the medical field in Canada.
